Initial Consultation (2-3 Meetings)- Our goal in the initial consultation phase is to set expectations and confirm your budget, but more importantly get to know each other. Building your dream home can often be a year long process from initial design to final walkthrough. At Remnant Homes we believe this should be a fun and exciting journey that starts with building a relationship from day one.



Step 2

Design and Planning-   We collaborate with architects and designers to create a home that reflects your style and functions beautifully for your life. During this phase, we provide ongoing cost feedback so design decisions stay within budget. Having your builder present from initial concept design prevents budget oversights, but most importantly ensures that you will end up with a home that you love.

Step 3

Construction-  This is where your home comes to life. We manage all trades, inspections, and scheduling while maintaining high standards for quality and craftsmanship. You’ll receive regular updates and walkthroughs throughout the build. Our job is to serve you by staying on budget, clear communication, and delivering a home with unparalleled quality.
